By defining stupidity as the difference between what other people are doing and what you think is a better idea, you create a highly volatile fuel that drives innovation.

Your desire to narrow the gap between how things are and how you’d like them to be not only drives innovation, it also drives you crazy. Use your craziness and you’re tapping into the same formula running our luniverse, where opposite extremes are part of the same process:

Logic: that which makes sense TO YOU i.e. the ANSWER

The answer can always be found in the nonsense-revealing question e.g. nonsense to Homer Simpson: ‘why does everything I whip keep leaving me?’
Or nonsense discovered at Intel: why are we using men in space suits to build microchips? What if we used robots? Couldn’t we shrink the size of the chip, improve overall performance and increase production? ANSWER – yes!
